* Hotels are finding a number of ways to increase their revenue,
including additional fees such as fees for safes,
amenities fees, energy surcharge fees, and mini bar restocking
fees. Fees for hotel safes and amenities are often
charged regardless of whether or not customers actually use those
services or not, billed on their credit cards
upon checkout. There is currently a class action lawsuit filed
against several hotel chains.

To secure a reservation, you must provide a non-refundable payment

You will receive an E-Mail confirmation of your reservation dates

Your other option is to wait until your arrival date, but there

CHECK-IN:
* Check-in any time after 12:00 noon. (note: maid service may
not be completed until 2:00 PM.)
* Responsible party must notify us at least 24 hrs in advance
of expected check-in time
* Late check-in fee $25 after 9:00 PM, $50 after midnight
* Responsible party must provide valid DMV ID or drivers license
* Responsible party will be required to sign guest agreement
CHECK-OUT:
* Check-out time is 12:00 noon (unless a late check-out time
has been pre-approved)
* A walk-through will be done upon checkout unless waived by
