The Smokefree Apartment House Registry
is a free information service for owners and managers of smokefree
apartment buildings, condominiums, townhouses, and rental houses
and
for prospective tenants who are seeking housing in smokefree
apartment buildings, condominiums, townhouses, and rental houses.
Our organization is not able to visit all of the properties listed
in order to confirm smokefree status. In addition, some properties
may be in process of transitioning to smokefree status. We urge
prospective tenants to be diligent in confirming the smokefree
status of the rental units offered.
Our organization is not able to confirm the smoking or non-smoking
status of individuals who use this service. We urge owners and
manager to be diligent in confirming the smokefree status of
prospective tenants.
Note that we are listing only the names of owners and managers
and general areas where smokefree housing is available. When
there is a vacancy, a description will be listed on this page
